18U Travel Boys Midget

Sting's 18U Boys Midget program aims to prepare our players for the upcoming high school ice hockey season, ensuring they are ready for success. Team assignments are based on age, skill level, positional needs, and other factors. All players must register with USA Hockey before the season's first practice. No exceptions will be made. Tuition for the 2026/27 season will remain the same as last season: $725 for skaters and $100 for goalies.

18U Boys Midget Evaluations (BIRTH YEARS 2008 to 2011)

Cost: $50

Location: Iorio Arena, Cushing Academy

Dates: Sundays, April 12th, 19th, and 26th

Times: Players will be assigned to either a 3 PM or 4 PM

Players will be assigned to one of two time slots during each evaluation date. Parents will be notified by email of your child's assigned time slot for each session.

Important Information for Evaluations:

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for sign-in and pinnie distribution.
• Check-In Process: Players will receive a numbered pinnie for identification purposes during the evaluation. These must be returned after the session.
• Full Equipment Required: Players must be fully dressed in their hockey gear, including a neck guard. Also, we are asking all players to wear a practice jersey instead of their Sting game jersey.
• Evaluation Format: The session will consist of a mix of skating drills, puck-handling exercises, and small-area games to assess overall skill development.

Your child’s participation is essential to ensure proper team placement for the upcoming season. If your child is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible.

Reminder: 18U Midget registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will remain open until teams reach capacity. At that time, new registrations will be placed on a waitlist, and we will consider creating a new team if numbers allow.
