Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Summer Skills

Refund requests for the NCMYH Summer Skills program must be submitted in writing. All refunds are subject to approval and will be granted solely at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Decisions will be based on individual circumstances and are considered final.

Learn To Skate

Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of NCMYH BOD.

House Hockey

Refunds of any tuition are subject to the Treasurer and BOD review.

Mite ADM

Refunds of any tuition are subject to the Treasurer and BOD review.

8U Travel Mite

Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis at the Board of Directors' discretion.

U10 Girls Travel

Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis at the Board of Directors' discretion.

Travel SQUIRT-PEEWEE-BANTAM

Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis at the Board of Directors' discretion.

U18 Travel Boys Midget

Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of NCMYH BOD.

U18 Travel Girls Midget

All Refunds are determined by the NCMYH BOD on a case by case basis.
